Me, my cells and I

THIS world is wrapped with great mysteries, isn’t it? Can you imagine how earth being hang upon nothing can rotate on its axis, revolve around the sun and continuall­y do these phenomena without falling like how stars fall and crash into the earth?

Can you imagine how the vast universe was created, how come the deepest sea is that deep, how the tallest mountain is that steep? Indeed, we live in wonder and our very existence counts in.

According to Smithsonia­n.com, about 37.2 trillions of cells comprise the body. Imagine, trillions! Trillions of cells keep your body get moving and groving; trillions of cells cause you to smile, laugh and love; trillions of cells needs proper nutrition and attention to be at optimal state! How are you taking care of your cells? Are you a good protector of your cells, your body in general?

Did you know that food nutrition i s deemed to be the optimum key for you to have optimal health? Yes, you’ve read it right. Though exercise and vice-free life help maintain a healthy body, food is still the core for a healthy you.

Exercise keeps you fit while being free from vices keeps you somehow “clean”; food your body especially your cells which are the basic unit of life. Bottom line is, the food you eat

determines who you are and what you will be.

Put in mind, if your cells are optimized by the right nutrition it needs; your organs, system so as your whole body would not be subjected to degenerati­ve diseases; that can put you and your family into a pit of financial, physical and emotional turmoils which can result also to premature death.
