Estante on delayed DPWH infras: ‘CITY GOV’T MUST ACT NOW’

ILOILO City – The city government must not remain helpless over delayed infrastructure projects of the Department of Public Works and Highways ( DPWH), according to Councilor Ely Estante, chairperson of the Sangguniang Panlungsod’s ( SP) committee on infrastructure.
