WE A R E a l l h a v e b e e n disheartened because this year has been a tragic year for all of us. Many people lost their job, many got bankrupt, and some families even lost some people they love –all due to the global spread of corona virus.
However, this does not stop us from living our own respective life because as it says life must go on. The same goes for our educational system, many argues about how inconvenient it is but as a teacher I stand by saying –education can never be delayed
With everything being said, a change in our educational system will be necessary. For instance, from the traditional face to face learning, the Department of Education has decided to i mplement distance learning approach.
Online classes will be a trend now to aid the need for this. During this period of time, classes will be purely based on distance learning which are through Self- Learning Modules or those that are to be printed out, the second one will be the internet based learning or online learning, and the last one will be using radio and television.
T h e s e a p p r o a c h e s were strategized based highly on the resources available on the learner’s end. DepEd recognizes that not everyone has access to internet, or devices needed to achieve online classes and thus still making it possible by implementing other modalities.
While t he f uture r emains unknown, by working together to support and empower our new educational system, the future of young people will be remained brighter as far as we unite as one. (
