BANG! That is how you end one of the biggest summer music events in the Philippines.
Dubbed as Castaway 2.0 Summer Music Festival, SM Supermalls has brought the most spectacular and intensely awesome two-day music party event in its premier malls in North Luzon - SM City Clark and SM City Pampanga.
Castaway 2.0 is SM City Pampanga's Castaway 2014 x SM City Clark's Neon Night 2014 which aims to create a more fun and thrilling summer experience with top notch DJs and music icons.

Castaway 2.0 also serves as the malls' signature event which highlights Pampanga as a music-festival venue that is comparable to similar big events in Manila and other tourist spots in the country.
"This event is also one of our avenues to thank our loyal patrons, especially our beloved Cabalens, for their unending support to us." he adds.
With over 30,000 attendees for the 2day event, locals and revelers from Manila have enjoyed the two-day music festival that is also packed with exciting activities and elements like skate jam sessions, foam party, photo op and confetti blast, among others.
SMCity Clark's first ever Vibe City
To experience a high quality music party, SM City Clark brought that elite party vibe here in Pampanga with its first ever Vibe City event on April 24 at The Meeting Place.
Thousands danced their heart out to the eargasmic mixes from top DJs around the country like DJ Ace Ramos, Ron Poe, The Zombettes, Deuce Manila, Motherbasss, Katsy Lee, BadKiss, Funk Avy, Red-I, DJ Reiz, McBoo, McPaolo and Ronthug.
Intensifying that summer party vibe, there were also different attractions and activities such as a mechanical bull ride for all and skate jam sessions for longboard riders, spearheaded by Malachi Skateboarding and sponsored by Stoked Inc.
Amplifying the euphoric party feeling of the excited and energetic crowd, elements like colored aerial spoke, confetti blast and colored powder made the crowd frenzier.
It has also become wilder and wetter as a burst of cold water was sprinkled to the hot and frantic crowd while beach balls were being thrown into the air.
Completing that unforgettable summer party experience, the crowd feasts their eyes on a state-of-the-art stage with a spectacular fireworks display that has colored the night sky.
SM Pampanga's bigger and louder Castaway Music Festival
Doubling its attendance since it started last year, SM City Pampanga's second Castaway Music Festival dubbed as Sound City was held on April 25 at The Amphitheater.
With elaborately designed stage, the event opened with Pampanga Is My Runway, the longest running fashion event of the mall, happening every last Saturday of the month, and coinciding with Castaway 2.0.
Local models catwalk on the runway wearing fashionable and latest designs and collections from SM City Pampanga's apparel tenants like Artwork, Petit Monde, Uniqlo, Solo, Plains and Prints, Lhasa and eyewear tenant Sprinto.
Performances from top bands in the country like Taken By Cars, Never The Strangers, Techy Romantics, Autotelic, Earthmover and The Ransom Collective started around 6PM.
Bringing quality music in the region, international mixes from DJ Tom Taus and DJ Marc Mercs, both from Los Angeles, USA, hit the beat of the party.
Performing in his mother's hometown, DJ Marc Mercs showed his great appreciation for the said event.
In his Instagram post, he said, "I still can't believe this happened last Saturday! Dream come true to perform in front of my mom's home province for the first time!"
Completing that beach-feel experience, the crowd enjoyed the exciting elements and activities in the event which includes throwing of beach balls, colorful balloon drop, foam party, skate sessions, photo op and cool inflatables.
While dancing and singing to the insanely cool sound and beat from top bands and international DJs, a big water splash and a breathtaking fireworks show made the whole event more worth remembering.
Keeping the atmosphere high, the event cap off with the resonating performances from Parokya Ni Edgar and Rico Blanco.
The 2-day music festival was generously sponsored by Uniqlo, Lyric, Pioneer, MTV Philippines, Oppo, Sprinto, Metro Dental and other media partners.

On the other hand, Andrea Madlangbayan, Assistant Mall Manager of SM City Clark, expressed her gratitude to everyone who made the event a success.
"We couldn't be happier with the overwhelming reception of the crowd. The energy these thousands of supporters gave off and imparted on us pushed us to elevate our game. They deserve this return of favor. And together, we just hit a home run!" she said.
With the resounding success of the event, Eusebio expressed his excitement to come up with bigger and better activities in the future.
