Inspirational book combines spiritual reflections and art

“God Is Happening: The Art of Paying Attention to Love”, a book by Christina “Kitting” Castro-Gelano, inspirational speaker and life/spiritual coach, will be launched on January 28, 2018 at the SM Aura SMX Mtg Room 2 from 3:30 to 8 p.m.

The book combines Kitting’s reflections on her spiri- tual journey with narratives on physical travels and pilgrimages. Also featured in the book are paintings by Kitting and her husband, Michael “Mikey” Gelano, who are both visual artists. For the Gelano couple, the purpose of art is to move the appreciators’ heart and mind towards a deeper understanding of the various representations of the Creator’s love. The artworks featured in the book will also be on exhibit at the launch venue.

Stephanie C. Puno edited the book and wrote the Foreword.
