FOTON PH LAUNCHES EC GENUINE PARTS PROGRAM
Ordering parts for your Foton vehicle is now as easy as 1-2-3 as the automotive brand unveiled its newest measure to bring Foton genuine parts closer to its customers in the most easy and convenient way.
United Asia Automotive Group, Inc. (UAAGI), the exclusive distributor of Foton vehicles in the Philippines, extends the parts distribution network through the launch of the Foton EC (Easy and Convenient) Genuine Parts program last March 19, 2018.
“Because of the incessantly growing number of FOTON vehicles in the country, we are taking our customer service to the next level by facilitating a program where we could give all Foton vehicle owners exceptional value and total convenience in parts supplement,” said Foton Philippines vice president for Spare Parts Division Mike Sta. Maria.
The EC Genuine Parts program entails the customer getting in touch with an EC parts representative (ECPR) through the official hotline number, (0999) 999-9996.
The ECPR will assist and give feedback to the customer on the availability, price and location of the nearest Foton dealership that carries the requested spare part. The customer can then claim or have the inquired item delivered to his/her doorstep.
“It’s basically getting what your Foton vehicle needs with just a single text or ring,” noted Sta. Maria. “In this manner, we are boosting customer brand confidence not only in our products but also in our aftersales services,” he added.
“The company is hopeful that this innovative concept will give it the edge to reach out to more customers, without Foton vehicle owners worrying about the authenticity and availability of the parts in its total ownership experience, whether within the warranty or post-warranty period,” said Sta. Maria.
