The Chinese dining area is at the preferred portion of Corniche with tables covered in vibrant red cloth that can accommodate from two to 10 guests. Offerings include five Chinese Lauriat set menus that are truly abundant feasts using only the freshest and finest ingredients. Among the must-try dishes are triple cooked crab beehon, wok-fried kung pao prawns with dried chili and cashew nuts, and roasted suckling pig with spicy cucumber. The Chinese Lauriat is ideal for family get-togethers, reunion with friends and special celebrations. What’s more, all dishes are meticulously prepared by chef Yang Yong who mastered his skills in culinary arts for over 20 years.

Signature a la carte Chinese dishes are in the same way as delicious as the choices in the set menus. Tempt your palate with dishes of different colors, textures and aromas from appetizers all the way to the desserts. The Chinese Lauriat and a la carte selection are available daily, during lunch and dinner for walk-in guests or for advance reservations.

In addition to the previously mentioned offers, get your chopsticks and savor an array of Dimsum Delights at Corniche on weekends. Choose from an extensive selection of dimsum from steamed, to baked and fried. Begin with an appetizer or with the soup of the day then prep your palate with flavorful roasted honey barbecue pork and barbecued pork belly. Next, indulge in dim sum goodness to your heart's content but make sure to leave room for dessert. The fresh mango sago cream and the popular butchi are not to be missed. All dim sum are carefully handmade by chef Pedrito Cagadas, the hotel's dim sum chef who currently has 12 years of dim sum-making experience from various Chinese restaurants in Manila.
