Taguig residents urged to undergo testing

Taguig residents are urged to take the city’s COVID-19 self assessment tool in response to the rising cases of the new coronaviru­s disease in the city. Barangay Fort Bonifacio has the highest number of confirmed cases after more than 327 workers in an undisclose­d constructi­on site tested positive for the disease. As of Wednesday evening, the city’s epidemiolo­gy and surveillan­ce unit recorded over 378 cases in Barangay Fort Bonifacio and 168 in Lower Bicutan. There are a total of 1,420 cases in Taguig City, with 186 recoveries and 23 deaths. Taguig’s COVID-19 hotlines are 8789-3299 and 0966-4194510.
