The premium grade office building, ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower has now topped off. This signals the completion of the 30- story building’s super structure, and will be ready for turn- over within the second half of the year.
This flagship office project is located along the prime block at the corners of 5th Avenue, 30th Street, and 4th Avenue in Bonifacio Global City, just across Shangri- La at the Fort and Bonifacio High Street Central Square.
The project is designed to provide efficient and sustainable quality office space for multinational companies in the financial, FMCG, pharmaceutical, and technology sectors.
ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower is on target to achieve dual green building certification from both the United States Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design ( LEED) and the Philippine Green Building Council’s Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE) programs. In fact, it already is pre- certified in Gold category of the USGBC LEED program.
ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower earned several citations at the South East Asia Property Awards 2016 held in Singapore. The top-end office project was conferred the Best Office Architectural Development (Philippines), Best Green Development (Philippines) and Special Recognition in Sustainable Design (South East Asia).
In the same year, the ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower was conferred the Best Green Development and Highly Commended in the Best Office Architectural Design categories of the Philippines Property Awards.
