MSEUF honors service awardees on President’s Night
The Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) recently honored 140 faculty and employees who have rendered their loyalty, dedication and meritorious service to the university during the President’s Night, a program held in celebration of its 70th founding anniversary and under the leadership of MSEUF president Naila Enverga-Leveriza. Service Award was given to 91 faculty and employees who have rendered 10-24 years of service; Silver Service Award to eight faculty and employees for 25-29 years of service; Pearl Service Awardwas granted to 28 faculty and employees for 30-39 years of service; Ruby Service Award was given to 10 faculty and employees who have rendered 40-49 years of service; and the Golden Service Awardwas granted to two faculty and employee who served the university for 50-59 years. The Platinum Service Award was given to former university president and now a member of the Board of Trustees Atty. Jose S. Laureles. The oldest awardee was Erlinda L. Micor, the present university treasurer and who has been serving the university for the past 55 years. She was followed by Dr. Joselina T. Baylongo, dean of the College of Education for 51 years of service; and vice president for academics Dr. Benilda N. Villenas for 44 years of service. The awardees received certificates, plaques of recognition, founder Manuel S. Enverga trophy, and cash incentives from the chairman of the Board of Trustees Wilfrido L. Enverga and Leveriza. Prof. Reina V. Pasumbal was the Master of Ceremonies. She was assisted by the AVP for administration Prof. Evelyn S. Abeja and AVP for external relations Prof. Celso D. Jaballa.
