Showrooms do matter.

While many may argue that physical display is slowly losing its appeal to some potential buyers, such is not the case for many property developers.

For a product that will require much consideration and thorough thinking before one is able to invest his or her hard earned money, it’s always better to have a physical presence and a showcase of what the company has to offer. Simply put, it remains a must for every developer to create and design a showroom that would allow their future residents to get a glimpse of the good life that awaits them.

After all, what you’re buying is not cheap, and may, in some cases, require investing a lifetime of savings.

Such is the reason why even the most established and trusted brands in the property sector continue to create showrooms that would appeal to prospective homebuyers.

Through these intricately designed and well-thought out spaces, the developer is not only able to convey to buyers the quality of their projects, but also give them a perspective of how they can design and recreate their space to make it truly livable and con- ducive to raising a family.

One developer who clearly understood the value of putting up high quality showrooms is trusted property developer Empire East Land Holdings which, for years now, has helped many Filipinos achieve their goal of owning their dream, and living the life they’ve always desired.

While already present in a number of key areas, the company recently opened its latest showroom at the San Lorenzo Place Mall, which is located along Edsa cor. Chino Roces Avenue in Makati City.

This latest addition is aimed to bring the company’s product closer to an even big- ger number of Filipinos currently looking at purchasing their own homes.

Located at the second level of the mall, this new showroom displays two model units—a one-bedroom unit, and a studio type. These are currently the bestselling units from two of Empire’s transit-oriented developments namely the Pioneer Woodlands in Mandaluyong, and Covent Garden in Sta. Mesa.

“With the reopening of this showroom, the company aims to provide more locations that aspiring homeowners could easily access wherever they live in the metro,” said Empire East president and CEO Atty. Anthony Charlemagne Yu.

The showroom is conveniently linked to the MRT-3 Magallanes station, and is near the Makati central business district. And since it is located within the mall, potential homebuyers can easily visit the area and afterwards enjoy and indulge in whatever it is that they fancy.

The mall further makes everything convenient for the buyers as it has shops, cafés, and restaurants that they can visit after signing that deal.

Moreover, Empire East is giving potential buyers more reasons to visit this new showroom as the company is offering various promos and packages that would make homebuying truly irresistible.

The newly opened showroom is aimed to bring the company’s product closer to more Filipinos.

The new showroom displays two model units—a one-bedroom unit, and a studio type.
