GET ‘HOPPY’ AT EDSA SHANGRI-LA

Get "hoppy" this October as Edsa Shangri-La, Manila, in partnership with The Philippine Craft Kings (PCK), brings the freshest beers from some of the best local breweries in its first ever craft beer festival, the Edsa Shangri-La Hopfest. The Hopfest will take place on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 14 and 15 from 3 to 11 p.m. at the hotel’s Pool Bar.

Enjoy an impressive selection of locally crafted beers, proudly Filipino made--over 30 beer variants from 12 microbreweries. Guests may also enjoy Limelight Ale, Edsa Shangri-La, Manila’s exclusively made signature brew, a refreshing, dry and crisp beer that is light and easy to drink with a distinct citrusy kaffir lime aroma and fruity notes with a rounded grainy-sweet malt finish.

The "Beer-ginner" pass is set at P500 nett and comes with a beer flight (three 110ml snifter glasses), while the "Beer-y Important Person" pass is set at P1,200 nett and includes unlimited craft beer and the Pool Bar’s mouthwatering wood-fired pizza.

Participating local breweries include Bulul Brewery, Cerveza Sagada Craft Brewery, Craftpoint Brewing Co., Crazy Carabao, Engkanto Brewery, Great Islands Craft Brewery, Kapitolyo Brewing Company, The Laughing Carabao Craftbeers, Katipunan Craft Ales, Ni- pa Brew Craft Beers, The Professor’s Brew and Sikatuna Craft Brewery.
