SKILLS TRAINING FOR PARAÑAQUE FOLK

The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda) and the Metro Manila Mayors’ Spouses Foundation Inc. (MMMSFI) have launched the Angking Galing project in Parañaque City to provide special skills training to members of the marginalized sector. Tesda Director General Guiling Mamondiong and MMMSFI president Janet Olivarez, assisted by Mayor Edwin Olivarez and hairstylist Ricky Reyes, recently distributed sewing materials, makeup and treatment supplies, and other training materials among the beneficiaries.—
