Rockwell Land welcomes President and CEO of Mitsui fudosan Co., LTD. for the Arton by Rockwell

Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. President and CEO Mr. Masanobu Komoda held his first visit last November 5-6 to Manila for Rockwell Land’s latest developmen­t, The Arton. Mr. Komoda was personally welcomed by Rockwell Land Chairman Ambassador Manuel Lopez along with other Rockwell executives. The Tokyo-based CEO ventured to the Philippine­s after Mitsui Fudosan entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Rockwell Land last August 2017 for Rockwell’s newest project in Quezon City, The Arton. “We are truly thankful to this warm welcome by Rockwell Land Chairman Ambassador Manuel Lopez. We are honored to have our first venture into the Philippine­s together with Rockwell Land, and hope our collaborat­ion will be a long and fruitful one, says Mr. Komoda on Mitsui Fudosan’s first Joint Venture in the Philippine­s. Accompanie­d by Mr. Komoda were Executive Managing Officer (China and Asia) of Mitsui Fudosan Co. Ltd., Mr. Akihiko Funaoka, Executive Managing Officer, Corporate Planning Department Wataru Hamamoto and Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) Executive Director Mr. Tomoo Nakamura. Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., Japan’s largest comprehens­ive real estate company, aims to bring affluence and comfort to urban living. With many projects ongoing in the US, UK, Taiwan, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia under the helm of Mr. Komoda, The Arton by Rockwell is their first venture in the Philippine­s. Rockwell Land Chairman Ambassador Manuel Lopez said “As a former ambassador to Japan, I amhonored to have welcomed and hosted Mr. Komoda in Manila. Rockwell is proud to share with him communitie­s soon, our Quezon master-planned in City Makati, through Pasig our and fruitful and growing partnershi­p with Mitsui Fudosan.” Situated at the heart of Katipunan, The Arton by Rockwell will be the first high-rise Rockwell Community in the area to offer a 1.9-hectare space that will property have three of 80% towers open at 24, 28, and 34 storeys respective­ly. The West Tower, which is available for pre-selling, will be the most diverse of the three: offering numerous retail services on the ground floor. The North Tower, which is central to the project’s sprawling amenities, is set to launch next year.
