The program has an unparalleled reputation for being credible, fair, and transparent, where entries are rigorously and fairly judged by an independent panel of industry experts and assessed by a trusted awards supervisor.
Top-tier architecture
ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower is designed by SOM New York, the same group that is behind One World Trade in America and Burj Khalifa in Dubai.
They closely collaborated with one of the top Philippine architectural firms, GF & Partners Architects.
The project is the first and only Triple A office development in the Philippines to be on target to achieve dual green building certification from the United States Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program and the Philippine Green Building Council’s Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE) program.
Green design
The building’s design takes off from the precious stone, jade, in which the unique three dimensional façade follows the jagged lines of the unpolished stone and gradually smoothens as it goes up. This iconic design is also coupled with green building philosophy, including the use of double-glazed pane for the wall curtain, to ensure optimal natural light to come in while keeping the heat out.
Other than this, the building is also geared towards resource efficiency, where tenants will be able to save on energy and water costs as well as healthy indoor environment to optimize employee productivity by increasing creativity and efficiency and reducing sick leaves.
This design philosophy rigidly built into the project has also earned ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower the title, Best Green Development in the Philippines.
