Real estate consultant for strategy and policy Prof. Enrique Soriano III will share his expert knowledge on why adapting best practices can make you manage the rapidly changing landscape so you can make the right decisions and to accelerate your growth. As Dean of real estate, Soriano brings with him 30 years of experience in the property sector.
The seminar will open with a presentation of the state of the Asian property sector and its impact on Philippine real estate to be conducted by Claro Cordero, Associate Director and Head of Research, Consulting and Valuation at Jones Lang LaSalle Philippines, Inc. His talk will cover both the commercial industrial sector and the residential and hotel industry.
The early afternoon session will feature Engr. Dennis Morada, who will be discussing real estate development as being all about financial modeling and value creation and how one can optimize returns in a competitive market. He has been in the real estate industry for 20 years, specializing in business and project development. He is a civil engineer, real estate broker and appraiser by profession.
