‘DAYTIME DIVAS’ DRAMA DEBUTS

Five female talk show hosts who dislike each other are the characters in the new drama series “Daytime Divas,” which premieres on July 11, 8:50 p.m. on Sony Channel.

Show creator Maxine ( Vanessa Williams), raunchy comedienne Mo ( Tichina Arnold), vocal conservative Heather ( Fiona Gubelmann), ex- child star Kibby ( Chloe Bridges) and investigative journalist Nina ( Camille Guaty) gather around the table to discuss life, love, politics and juicy gossip.

Backstage, the women are involved in scandals and a power struggle.

Returning reality shows

A new season of the reality series “Dance Moms” begins on July 18 at 4:05 p.m. on Lifetime.

Also on the channel is the latest episode of “Married at First Sight Season 5,” which debuts on July 10 at 9:05 p.m.

In celebration of International Friendship Day, the channel will air an original movie on July 28 at 9 p. m.

It starts with a remake of the classic “Beaches,” to be followed by “Beaches: The After Party” at 10:35 p.m. This onehour special sees the movie’s stars Idina Menzel and Nia Long reunite to reveal secrets from the set.
