PSL Invitational: Tornadoes salvage win

Foton ended the preliminary round with a first win as it turned back University of the Philippines-United Auctioneers, 25-10, 23-25, 25-22, 25-19, on Tuesday in the 2018 Philippine Superliga Invitational Conference at Imus Sports Complex in Cavite. The Tornadoes will clash with the fifth seed in Pool B—either Cocolife or University of the East-Cherrylume—on July 17 in the classification battle for 7th to 10th places.
