DESIGNER OUTLET MALL TO OPEN IN SILANG-TAGAYTAY IN OCTOBER

Anew designer outlet is set to open along the tourism hub of Silang-Tagaytay. The first of its kind in the country, Acienda Designer Outlet by premier developer Cathay Land Inc., promises to bring in the best deals in fashion from the world’s leading brands.

Acienda Designer Outlet is a P2.5-billion fully integrated, shopping hub that’s dedicated to bringing designer finds in fashion, sports and homeware. Visitors are assured of 30- to 70percent discount year-round.

Acienda Designer Outlet is situated in Silang, Cavite, with proximity to Tagaytay City and its delightful dining and lifestyle options.

Acienda is set to open a lively plaza and themed streets where a French food and beverage dining area will be available to shoppers. Theatrical lighting, unique water features and regular live performances are set to complete the shopping and leisure combo.

Acienda Designer Outlet is set to open on Oct. 27 as it has already turned over prime commercial spaces to confirmed tenants.

Cathay Land has also partnered with Freeport Retail of London to open Acienda. Freeport Retail operates an array of shopping outlets, with outlet centers in the UK, Sweden, the Czech Republic and Portugal.
