The delicate steamed mushroom buns infused with truffle oil and cherry tomatoes marinated with sour plum and sweet vinegar make delightful appetisers. House specialities like the barbecued honey-glazed pork neck, crispy fried shrimp with wasabi and mango salsa, Shanghai-style soya braised fish, and crispy pumpkin coated with salty duck egg, showcase an exquisite play of flavours and textures.
