It is a nice lo­ca­tion where one can see the fog set in even at lunchtime when the weather is over­cast. Sun­sets are even more won­der­ful. Paul Huang is one pas­sion­ate chef.

TATLER TIPS

The black­ened beef salad has a nice grilled flavour. It's very well-sea­soned and not too salty. A non-steak op­tion is the as­para­gus and mush­room risotto with fen­nel sausage. It’s light enough if you de­cide not to have steak but heavy if you have it as a sec­ond course. The home-made fen­nel sausage is gen­tly-flavoured. To cap a meal on the right note try the pineap­ple carpac­cio for the dessert. The tu­ile bas­ket holds a serv­ing of home­made co­conut ice cream and sits on grilled thin slices of fresh pineap­ple. The fruit is gar­nished with caramelised sugar, lime peel, and pink pep­per­corns.
