WHY GO

Reopened over two years ago, Jade Garden offers patrons a culinary journey of popular Chinese fare from Cantonese to Chiuchow favourites that will inspire and tantalise your palate.

TATLER TIPS

Start off with the steamed chiu chow dumplings, expertly balancing the mouthwatering flavours of meat and seafood with diced vegetables. Try the subtle radish cake, steamed with mushrooms, scallops and dried shrimps. Don’t miss the savoury and thick, shark’s fin soup endowed with rich crab meat, a speciality of the restaurant. For entrées, a must-have is the succulent baked lobster drizzled with creamy cheese and butter on a bed of noodles. The tender lobster comes right off its shell. For meat lovers, the crisp lemon chicken’s exterior is sublime, while inside, it is juicy and tender.
