This is a cock­tails and tapas hot spot but you can still go all out for a proper sit-down meal. Don’t stop with just the one cock­tail though–try two or more! Start with the gam­bas al ajillo, an ex­cel­lent dish to get the taste buds go­ing. Truly mem­o­rable is the Salmon & Salmon (mar­i­nated salmon on crisp bread with salmon caviar). Din­ing with your ami­gos? The paella negra is a win­ner. Wash this down with the rum-based Mis­sion­ary’s Down­fall.
