TATLER TIPS
This is a cocktails and tapas hot spot but you can still go all out for a proper sit-down meal. Don’t stop with just the one cocktail though–try two or more! Start with the gambas al ajillo, an excellent dish to get the taste buds going. Truly memorable is the Salmon & Salmon (marinated salmon on crisp bread with salmon caviar). Dining with your amigos? The paella negra is a winner. Wash this down with the rum-based Missionary’s Downfall.
