The lounge can at times get a tad busy but the inimitable ambience and people watching is well worth it. A classic that tourists and Filipinos alike will love is the chicken and pork adobo. The Peninsula Schüblig sausage is filling yet not too heavy–a great lobby lounge dish. The hotel is famous for its halo-halo and for a good reason.
