Aside from the usual Cantonese dishes, Lotus Court has re-invented some classics, which should not be missed: The Yin and Yang fish comes together in almost perfect harmony. Fresh lapu-lapu is fried to a crisp; where one half is coated with a subtle lemon-honey sauce and the other half with a strong tangy flavour. The braised mushroom and tofu dish is simply delicious. The delicate texture of silky enoki mushrooms and creamy home-made tofu could convert even non-vegetarians to the green side. One bite of the sticky, sweet sesame buchi— bursting with dark chocolate—is the ultimate ending.
