Start off with the cracked cheese with fuet and honey (Grana Padano cheese, fuet Cat­alo­nian salami, sal­sichi­chon with honey dip). Dip the salty hard cheese in the honey dip, fol­low this up with the salami and there you have an in­ter­est­ing al­beit de­li­cious combo. A crowd pleaser is Lorenzo’s truf­fle cream pasta. The cit­rus-rubbed pork with all the trim­mings is such a soul grat­i­fy­ing dish.
