Start off with the cracked cheese with fuet and honey (Grana Padano cheese, fuet Catalonian salami, salsichichon with honey dip). Dip the salty hard cheese in the honey dip, follow this up with the salami and there you have an interesting albeit delicious combo. A crowd pleaser is Lorenzo’s truffle cream pasta. The citrus-rubbed pork with all the trimmings is such a soul gratifying dish. If you can’t choose between a slice of the key lime pie or the luscious pecan pie, order both and then heap on lashings of the sinful schlagsahne.
