WHY GO

This restaurant will tantalise your taste buds as the chef Kimito Katagiri offers both classic and innovative Japanese gastronomy all amidst chic and modern interiors.

TATLER TIPS

Start off your meal with the restaurant’s signature dish, the aburi sushi, lightly torched tuna, salmon, and lapu-lapu drizzled with creamy and rich aburi sauce. Follow this up with the kaki papaya yaki, succulently roasted Japanese oysters nestled on a bed of papaya with a flavourful miso sauce. The refreshing papaya contrasts surprisingly well with the rich oysters. For entrées, the restaurant has a crisp and mouthwatering ebi tempura. The light batter allows the large and juicy prawns to take centre stage. For dessert, the coffee jelly quite literally arrives smoking, as mist from a glass flask bellows out.
