WHY GO

Old Manila is perhaps one of the oldest and classiest fine dining restaurants in town and will never fail to impress. Elegant, the restaurant features modern interiors and contemporary paintings paired with great food and outstanding service.

TATLER TIPS

Guests are guided though the menu. A special menu for business or social lunches can be arranged. The wine list is also comprehensive and sophisticated, so feel free to ask for recommendations. The beef consommé with wagyu beef is an experience— the smell and blend of herbs and spices are overwhelming (prepared on the table in a percolator). For the main course, the Australian veal rib-eye and the organic Atlantic salmon are a must-try. For sharing and wanting something light to eat, the baked sea bass in salt crust is the dish to consider.
