Guests are guided though the menu. A spe­cial menu for busi­ness or social lunches can be ar­ranged. The wine list is also com­pre­hen­sive and so­phis­ti­cated, so feel free to ask for rec­om­men­da­tions. The beef con­sommé with wagyu beef is an ex­pe­ri­ence— the smell and blend of herbs and spices are over­whelm­ing (pre­pared on the ta­ble in a per­co­la­tor). For the main course, the Aus­tralian veal rib-eye and the or­ganic At­lantic salmon are a must-try. For shar­ing and want­ing some­thing light to eat, the baked sea bass in salt crust is the dish to con­sider.
