Since its arrival in Manila, Tim Ho Wan’s dim sum has been consistently delicious. The other varieties of Cantonese dishes, though limited, fare equally as well.
TATLER TIPS
The main star here is the baked buns with BBQ pork. The bun's deliciously golden and crisp exterior gives a delicate crunch followed by the slightly sweet braised pork inside. The spinach dumplings with shrimp, pork dumplings with shrimp, and prawn dumplings are all excellent choices under the steamed category. The wasabi salad prawn dumplings are gently fried with a complementary mild wasabi accent. Simple and good. A bowl of the tender spare ribs rice alongside several dim sum choices is a good portion for a healthy appetite.
