Crafted from the finest ingredients, the menu’s approach is very traditional and authentic; each forkful will keep you wanting more. The home-made sausages such as the diablitos and butifarra are famous for a reason, as well as the Josper-cooked cordero lechal (baby lamb) and the chuletitas (little lamb ribs). The extensive wine list is mind-blowing, with selections from almost all corners of the globe. These, combined with the classy ambience, are hard to beat.
