In the Queen City of the South, this quiet, unimposing establishment might make you think it is as ‘simple’ as it looks on the outside. Do not be deceived; behind this warmly lit chic restaurant is the Michelin-starred British chef Jason Atherton. Designed by Shanghai-based studio Neri & Hu, the design takes inspiration from Cebu’s Spanish colonial past executed with a modern flair.
The menu, created by Atherton and the head chef, Karl Emsen, features modern tapas-style cuisine interpreted using the finest Filipino produce as well as Cebu’s most celebrated ingredient—pork. Topping it off, innovative cocktails and fine wines seal the deal.
