Crystal Jade Dining In

Philippine Tatler Best Restaurants - - CHINESE -

This restaurant is all about Chinese comfort food. Bright, airy interiors make the space inviting even when it is full—usually on weekend lunches. The menu is simple and straightforward.

The roasted Peking duck is highly recommended together with dim sum favourites: xiao long bao, siomai, and hakaw. Other must orders for entrées are baked prawns with salted egg, sweet and sour pork, and steamed live fish with black bean sauce. Don’t forget to order the salted fish fried rice as well. Then if you have room for more, order the braised crab with vermicelli or baked lobster with e-fu noodles. A good ending after this tasty meal is the refreshing cool mango sago and the traditional buchi for dessert.
