TATLER TIPS

The aburi sushi here is excellent and inventively prepared. The steaks and fish cooked on the traditional teppanyaki grill are outstanding. Here, tempura batter does not overwhelm. So indulge! A favourite is the sukiyaki, which is richly flavoured and served full of vegetables and thinly sliced beef. Do order the various fish heads, especially that of the hamachi. It is grilled with salt and to die for!!!
