Mirèio

Philippine Tatler Best Restaurants - - FRENCH -

WHY GO

Mirèio not only offers stunning views of the city but also fantastic French brasserie cuisine with Provençal flavours. The great rosé selection and their lounge music on the terrace keep the mood fun and light.

TATLER TIPS

A fantastic way to start your meal is by having the salmon tartare paired with a glass of Sancerre. Mirèio is the only restaurant in town that makes an authentic and truly delicious bouillabaisse. The Marseillais classic fish stew is refined to perfection and done with the freshest seafood swimming in that eponymous saffron scented broth. The orzo king prawns is a delicious indulgent twist on risotto. The French comfort food favourite, Parmentier, gets a luxe spin as they serve their version with slow-cooked oxtail scented with black truffle covered in that signature buttery whipped potato purée.
