The cui­sine at Restau­rant Tape­nade is a cu­ri­ous se­lec­tion of Span­ish, Provençal, Ital­ian, and Moroc­can favourites. It's quite dif­fi­cult to go wrong here be­cause most dishes are very wellex­e­cuted stan­dards. The bis­tecca alla fiorentina is cooked with just the per­fect char and served with sautéed mush­rooms, roasted pota­toes, and as­para­gus. Their de­li­cious home-made mus­tard was just the right condi­ment. The fresh tagli­atelle with mush­rooms is the sat­is­fy­ing bowl of pasta you wish you could get at ev­ery Ital­ian restau­rant.
