Earning raves is the newest concept by the dynamic and talented sisters, the restaurateur Ana de Ocampo and La-based pastry chef Margarita Manzke. Little Flour Café, Wildflour Cafe + Bakery’s little sister, is an allday brunch café marrying Wildflour’s best-selling brunch hits, pastries, desserts, and coffee along with creative Filipino rice bowls.

In this cosy space, conveniently located in the midst of bustling Bonifacio Global City, one can grab-and-go with the extensive selection of mouth-watering baked specialities as well as the new array of locally inspired favourites on offer. At Little Flour, familiar Filipino comfort food such as lechon manok (roast chicken), Bicol Express, cassava cake, and halo-halo are given a new lease on life with that unique Wildflour touch.

Conveniently open almost 24-hours daily (from 6:00AM until 2:00AM), Little Flour has become a popular hang out at all hours of the day: for joggers raring to grab a coffee and freshly-baked pastry after a sunrise run, ladies who lunch, families up for a decadent weekend brunch, businessmen meeting over a relaxed dinner, and friends unwinding over a post-drinking nightcap.

The homey and welcoming ambience emanates from Little Flour’s inviting interiors, a collaboration between the architect Lara Barrios and Margarita’s husband, the prominent LA chef Walter Manzke. Wood from old houses, red brick, and decorative Machuca tiles—with their nostalgic Mediterranean patterns—are the backdrop for vintage furniture and the statement Chairdelier lighting fixture created from a unique assemblage of vintage wooden chairs.

Barely six months old, Little Flour has, indeed, stepped out of Wildflour’s shadow drawing a loyal following of its own.

Fans and foodies can expect to see more Little Flour Cafés sprouting up around the Metro, with locations in Salcedo Village and Ortigas already in the pipeline.
