Art and poetry lovers were delighted by the Love and Life
Hai Na Ku Exhibition at S Maison at the Conrad, which marked the first anniversary of the book Hai(na)ku and
Other Poems, a literary anthology by bestselling author Arnel Patawaran. The exhibition was set amidst romantic white leaves and red roses and accented with poetic visuals by Love Marie “Heart” Ongpauco-Escudero. The event, a joint project of S Maison and National Bookstore’s Anvil Publishing Inc, was graced by National Artist for Literature F Sionil Jose. TV personalities and performers read and performed excerpts from the book.
