SUGAR FACTORY LAUNCH

It was an evening of sugary bliss as American restaurant and confectioner Sugar Factory opened its doors at Shangri-La at the Fort with a launch reminiscent of Willy Wonka and his fabled chocolate factory.

Fernando and Kit Zobel formally cut the ribbon at the pink carpet launch which was also attended by no less than Vice-President Leni Robredo amidst a host of other celebrities and prominent guests.

Attendees were treated to decadent Americana fare with a menu made up of reinvented diner classics, a selection of magnificent hand-made confections, and Sugar Factory’s signature 36-ounce alcohol-infused smoking candy goblets.
