THE TASTING ROOM SERVES UP A SENSORY EXPERIENCE

As a delicious prelude for the feast that was to come, 40 VIPs, foodies, and members of T.Dining Society indulged in fine champagne and a steady succession of divine canapés at the well-appointed Crystal Villa overlooking the impressively gilt City Of Dreams complex.

Guests hobnobbed and mingled as an accordionist played charming tunes until they were invited down to the recently redesigned The Tasting Room helmed by newly-appointed Chef de Cuisine, Frederic Thevenet. Here, a four-course dinner meticulously matched with remarkable vintages, was thoroughly enjoyed by all.

The lovely host for the evening, Ingrid Chua, introduced the highly accomplished Thevenet as well as the City of Dreams VIPs, namely Michael Ziemer and Kevin Benning.

Since the reimagining of NÜWA hotel’s contemporary fine dining French restaurant, this particular multi-sensory experience certainly made it one for the T.Dining books.
