CEBUANO warrior Adonis Sevilleno was crowned the winner of the “Globe Presents ONE Warrior Series Philippines” and earned a $100,000 contract in the ONE Championship.

Sevilleno beat 15 other promising Pinoy MMA fighters to win the reality series that was supervised by Team Lakay head Mark Sangiao along with ONE strawweight champion Joshua Pacio and former ONE flyweight titleholder Geje Eustaquio.

“There wasn’t any day that I gave to myself to rest,” Sevilleno said. “That’s because I really wanted to win this. I wanted to be a champion and take home the ONE Championship contract.”

Sevilleno impressed Sangiao, Pacio and Eustaquio in the two-round sparring session with tournament favorite Ariel Lampacan to win the reality series.

Aside from the ONE contract, Sevilleno also earned a spot with Team Lakay and will immediately be in action this weekend in ONE Championship’s return to the Philippines.
