Negros Museum opens summer arts workshop

THE Negros Museum in Bacolod City has presented the 2019 season of its annual Summer Arts Workshop.

This year’s edition of the workshop will unleash child’s imagination and allow them to be immersive as they experience the exciting world of theatre and arts.

The workshops is aimed at providing a venue for holistic art formation and education where creations will have more developed personal and age appropriate imagery, revealing personal stories and point of views, and most importantly where both children and teacher share a joyful experience of discovery and creativity.

Courses offered included Kiddie Theatre (8 – 12 years old); Teen Theatre (13 – 17 years old); Personality Development Workshop for Teens and Young Adults (13 – 17 and 18 - 24 years old); Musical Theatre for Kids and Teens (8 - 12 years old and 13 - 17 years old); Basic Painting (Watercolor) for Children (8 – 12 years old); Duo Painting (Parent and Child) (8 – 12 years old)./pr
