Second in declared wealth is Abra representative Jospeh Sto. Niño Bernos, with assets of P73,324,190 while his liabilities reaching P9,290,000 and a total net worth of P64,034,190
Benguet Representative Ronald Cosalan is in third with assets of P56,555,000, liabilities worth P6,950,000 and a net worth of P49,605,000.
