Namaskar Yoga & Healing Arts Fest set Sept. 16-17
FEATURING some of the finest yoga teachers and holistic practitioners in the Philippines, the first Namaskar Yoga & Healing Arts Festival is set on September 16 and 17 at Baguio Country Club Infinity Gardens.
“There are so many quality teachers and healers in the country. It was difficult to select just a few but we have done our best to present a wellrounded weekend program for both beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
Namaskar Festival is designed to share practical tools to beat stress, boost the body’s resilience, and clear out mental obstacles,” shares festival executive producer Cynthia Tabora-Tuason.
