Condo hunting

ONE of our clients recently told us he wanted to transfer to a condo after living 20 years in his house. He cited security, easy maintenance and convenience as 3 of the reasons he wanted to transfer.

Before commiting, he asked us to check if the unit he liked was okay, and whether it would be lucky for him. He also asked us to check out 3 other units he was considering.

We visited the site; the ambiance was great, tall trees, wide roads, ample parking space. The atmosphere was airy. There was room to breath.

The first unit we looked at was good for making money, but it's chart also showed it would be easy to get sick there. The master bedroom was not in an ideal location, but it could be made luckier by installing the necessary cures and making sure the placements of the bed, the tv and other furniture were in the correct location.

A small bedroom contained both the illness and misfortune stars, so this room would definitely be not good for sleeping in. As condos have fixed designs and there are limits to what can be changed, this room would be better if utilized as a storage area.

The 2nd unit we looked at was good for family harmony and health, but there would be less chances for him to make money there. It was more suited for retirement. By utilizing cures though, the area could be improved to invite the energies of money and harmony. The last unit we looked at had the best location, a beautiful view and great aesthetics, but according to Chiara and Aa, this unit was the least ideal because everything was in the wrong place. If not cured, health and harmony would be lost here, prosperity would disappear too. Aa added that the large trees behind the condo unit made the illness stars stronger. It would also make the occupants fat.

The trees behind the building will make the people who live here prosperous, but that last unit we looked at would need to be cured for it to be prosperous for the owner as well.. All in all, the units could be made more ideal with the correct cures, placements, color schemes, among others.
