To mention just a few, its best practice is the basic elearning which was adopted by the national headquarters to fast track the cascading of the P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan and ensure that each and every individual personnel of the PNP is reached,” Apolinario said.

Apolinario also pointed out the national headquarters adoption of the geographic information system base analysis created then by former PRO-COR Chief General Benjamin Magalong for crime mapping purposes which is a huge innovation for commanders of PNP units to feature crime trends in specific locations within the areas of responsibility, by crafting effective strategies to address crime trends.
