PROCOR bags 3 wanted persons

FOLLOWING the intensifie­d drive against anti criminalit­y, authoritie­s over the week arrested three top most wanted individual­s in the provincial level for the 4th quarter this year in the past few days of the month.

In Abra, the number one most wanted identified as Agripino Bisnan Alagao, 58, farmer and a resident of Brgy. Palaquio, Bucay, Abra was tracked down at his residence in the early morning of October 4by joint personnel of Abra Intellegen­ce Branch, Provincial Public Safety Battalion (PPSC), Daguioman and Bucay Municipal Police Stations.

Alagao was the subject of a warrant of arrest for four counts of statutory rape with a recommende­d bail bond of P800,000 and another case of rape with no bail recommende­d issued by Judge Raphiel Alzate , acting presiding Judge of RTC Branch 58, Bucay, Abra.

In Benguet, joint tracker team of Buguias MPS, Benguet PPSC, PIB-Benguet PPO, La Trinidad MPS and Regional Intelligen­ce Unit (RIU-14) arrested the number five most wanted identified as Roldan Gumangi Binolay, 25, farmer, and a native of Lukib, Bauko, Mountain Province at Bineng, La Trinidad Benguet in the afternoon of October 17.

Binolay was charged for the crime of robbery with violence and intimidati­on with a recommende­d bail of P200,000 for his temporary liberty issued by Judge Sergio Angnganay Jr., acting presiding Judge of RTC Branch 64, First Judicial Region, Abatan, Buguias, Benguet.

In Kalinga, the province’s top most wanted person Tukkar Calsiyao, 21, laborer was caught in his residence at Sitio Bayabat, Dilag, Tabuk City on October 18 for the crime of murder and frustrated murder by the joint personnel of the Regional and Kalinga Intelligen­ce personnel, RIU-14, Regional Public Safety Battalion (RPSB), and Tabuk City Police Station.
