Negative feelings and positivism

-

LIFE doesn’t always go the way we want. There are times unfavorable things happen and we get shaken up. Even then, whatever the scale or nature of these circumstances, they should not drive us to feel negative about life.

In the workplace, unpleasant encounters with colleagues may leave us drained and down the dumps. Insult thrown at us can be egodeflating. These negative experiences can cause uneasiness and can gradually erode our well-being and productivity.

Despite all these it would help to remind ourselves that own worth is purely a matter of perspective. Feelings happen for a reason. They say that feelings begin with a thought. That is why if we change the way you think about something it immediately changes how you feel about it.

We may not have any control of circumstances in our life, but we have the ability to control how we respond to those circumstances. Challenges are inevitable but we can always choose to grow and learn from them. We can do this by being optimistic.

Optimism is one requisite to a peaceful mind which helps us prevent unwarranted negativity from mak- ing matters worse. Are you going to get very far by nurturing illthought and sentiments, dwelling on frustrations, and harboring grudges all the time? Certainly not! You have to be able to see the opportunity to learn from every situation. Consider them as chances to grow and develop your skills and potentials. Being optimistic is beneficial in that it not only improves your current sense of well-being, but this positive habit also helps you interested in working on.

Work in particular and life in general will be more rewarding if you increase the flow of positive emotions. It would help to look for something fresh and motivating even from out of not so inspiring incident. Secrets shared by happy people show the power of a rich and healthy mindset which points strong connection to having good feeling.

Hence, whenever you experience trials and tribulations, bear in mind that you are entirely capable of orchestrating positive outcomes yourself. You just have to concentrate on what is it that you want and channel your energy towards realizing it. You have a choice whether to feel despondent or not. Estrella B. Bulay
