Butcher jailed for illegal drugs
A BUTCHER was collared by authorities over the weekend after a search inside his residence in Abra province.
Joint elements of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, Bangued Municipal Police Station, CIDG- Abra and Provincial Maneuver Force Company arrested Roderick Aguilar Tadeo, 35, single, and a resident of Lazala Street, Zone 4, Bangued, Abra in his residence at around 3:45 p.m. of January 5.
By virtue of a search warrant issued by Executive Judge
Raphiel Alzate of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 58, of Bucay, Abra, 15 heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu placed in a separate transparent plastic and pouch, one open sachet and one selfsealing transparent plastic containing suspected shabu residues, five used aluminum foils, one improvise tooter, one butane gas canister, three lighters, one white pouch containing two glass tooter, one red envelop and several plastic sachets were confiscated from the suspect.
Aside from the illegal drugs, police also seized one Cal .380 with SN M19118380 pistol with inserted magazine loaded with six ammunitions and 17 ammunitions of Cal. 380 placed in a separate plastic sachet, pouch and cigarette box.
Other items confiscated from Tadeo were five cellphones, one tablet, and one iPod.
issued the search warrants for Violation of RA 9165 known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 and violation of RA 10591 otherwise known as the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act”.
Tadeo and the seized items are now under the custody of Bangued MPS and PDEA-Abra.
