- Jonathan Llanes

MYSTERY still shrouds the two deaths this week in Baguio City as police face a blank wall on their investigation.

Widower Lally Madella Lacey, was found lifeless inside the room of her unit at the Bonouan Condominium along Happy Glenn Loop, Salud Mitra Barangay.

Based on reports coming from Baguio City Police Office Station 3, the security guard who was conducting his hourly rounds noticed blood coming from the second floor of the condo-

minium coming from the room of the victim.

This prompted the guard to inform the olice who immediately dispatched operatives from Station 3 and upon coordinating with the barangay officials, forcibly opened the door of the unit where the victim was seen lifeless at floor of her room.

Initial processing of the Scene of the Crime Operatives led by Chief Inspector Angeline Amangan and Superintendent Rodrigo Leal determined that Lacey was dead two days prior to the discovery her body.

Realty firm employee Johnyvee Oretos was found dead by his friend, construction worker Benny Carino inside his residence at Titipan Village, Bakakeng, who dropped by the place of the victim before proceeding to his work place.

Carino said he had the chance to talk to Oretos on Saturday prior to his death.

Police has yet to determine the cause of the two deaths.
