Pros and cons of global changes in our ways of living
WHO would have thought that our primitive ways will turn out to today’s advance way of living. The continuous evolution of our world is undeniably amazing in a sense but just like the unpredictable changes all around us it may result to unwanted outcomes.
This changes or evolutions can lead to a good thing and at the same time can result to questionable consequences. One of the common things brought by these advancements is the invention of gadgets that we use today. Undoubtedly they make sure our life is easier in terms of communication, household dealings and many more, but they also make most people lazy, it consumed most of our time, it makes us less productive, we become dependent to it and most of all it made most of us greedy of things that we want rather than focusing on things that we needed most. This innovation made us feel that life could not be better without them.
This technology help us to improve our health care system by giving us the opportunity to find new innovations when it comes to science researches, but this technology also gave us high risk to certain diseases because of being too much exposed to radiations and other harmful things that they may emit. Equipment also makes our job easier but it also limits the number of personnel to be employed. They help us in our transportations but polluted our surroundings. They can give life and at the same time take life. They do impart knowledge but they can also make you feel useless and stupid at times.
See how the balance is? But sometimes it is not balance at all; they can sometimes do more harm than good. Gone are those days that we exert effort to attain something. Gone are those days that we appreciate every little thing we have. Was all this changes good for us? Or was all of this made things worse?
Whether it will be good or bad for us depends upon the way we approach life. Let us be wise enough to use these changes and advance technology to our advantage not to our down fall. Abuse it and be ready for consequences but be wise enough and be ready for success. Everything more than what is needed is never good for anybody so let us think twice before we regret.
